* Discounted rates may be offered to tertiary students and senior citizens on some services (and if no discount is offered, the adult fare shall apply). In no circumstances will you be entitled to a discount unless you provide an identification card as to your status that is acceptable to Kawau Cruises (e.g. Maxx Tertiary Student I.D. #7 Driver’s authority over vessel and passengers: The Driver of the vessel has the right to refuse any person access to, or passage on, any vessel for any reason, including any person who is:
